Meet Donna Urban, our business devel­opment coordi­nator. Donna has been at Bates Security for a little over a year and has already been recog­nized several times for her outstanding work. Donna Urban was announced the 2019 employee of the second quarter for her dedication and perfor­mance excel­lence. She continues to exceed goals and lends a helping hand when there is a chance. We are thankful for Donna and all she does for Bates Security. We are truly fortunate to have Donna a part of our family and a member of our team.
