Bates security has been great! From installing to monitoring, I have no complaints. They even called ME to let me know my cameras were not working. I had no idea! If I have a question, my call gets answered right away and they are always extremely polite. Scott even comes out to my office to make sure everything is going well. Highly recommend!

When Bates says you will have "[peace} of mind" you almost feel like it's cliche UNTIL you get your system. Piece of mind is the exact feeling. You never have to worry. From meeting with the security specialist, Jerry, to changing my credit card information with customer service, Bates has been top notch. They have also made upgrades to my system at no additional cost such as geo-fencing my neighborhood so I never leave the neighborhood with my system mistakenly unarmed.
